DESCRIPTION: Cody Gallery in partnership with Arlington Arts is inviting artists to submit proposals for a contemporary art exhibition for Fall 2019. Up to three artists will be selected to exhibit their artwork from September 7 to October 26 2019. The Gallery opened its brand new 800 square foot space in September 2017. Cody Gallery at Marymount University is located at Ballston Center, 1000 North Glebe Road, 2nd Floor, Arlington, VA. Gallery hours are Thursday-Saturday 12pm-5pm and by appointment. ELIGIBILITY: Proposals will be accepted from individual artists who live, work, study or maintain a studio in Arlington County, Virginia.
AWARDS: One $500 honorarium will be awarded for each selected proposal.
ENTRY FEE: No fee per proposal.
